Hour Of Code

This week is hour of code week! We invite teachers or students down to the media center if they would like to learn a little bit of about coding during lunch period. I do have time during 5th hour if someone wants to learn then. You could go to https://www.codecademy.com/learn if you would like to learn how to do some HTML coding. HTML coding is a basic coding (websites) use that can go into Java script coding. You can also go to https://code.org if you would like to learn some other coding techniques and mini games.

The Nerd Herd 2017

Starting this school year all 9th and 10th grade students have Chromebooks as part of the district's 1:1 technology intitative. In the next two years all students in grade, 9-12 will have Chromebooks. As part of increased technology access we now have students available during the lunch hours to assist with your student and staff technology needs.
Paige, Corbin, Josh and Dominic are available every day in the media center! They will also be updating this blog with ideas, tips and tricks on using technology in education.
